Jacob Baucom
President / Owner
Jacob Baucom founded Onsite Construction Group and leads all corporate operations. A U.S. Army veteran with more than two decades in construction, he built Onsite to bring specialized, skilled construction management to underserved and rural markets. He holds the company's SDVOSB (CVE) certification and has guided Onsite's growth from Oklahoma into Kansas, Missouri, and beyond. Jacob believes safety, open communication, teamwork, and a solution-driven attitude are the foundation of every successful project.

James Pierce
Vice President
James Pierce brings over 30 years of construction experience to Onsite, overseeing both operations and finance to keep projects on time and on budget. Known for organization and attention to detail, he leads with a steady, relationship-driven approach that keeps teams aligned and project objectives on track.

Joe Barnhart
Operations Manager
Joe Barnhart leads Onsite's Oklahoma operations with deep expertise in healthcare construction and the methods required to execute successfully inside active medical facilities. With more than a decade of experience behind him, Joe applies Lean construction principles to reduce waste, tighten coordination across trades, and deliver value to owners.

Noel Gardner
Project Director, Kansas City
Noel Gardner has 25 years experience as a project manager and quality control manager. Over the course of those 16 years he has honed his skills in Quality Control, Estimating, Project Scheduling, and Project Management. Gardner’s love for project scheduling sets the tone for the projects he manages.

Justin Riemensneider
Project Director Jefferson City
Justin Riemensnider is a Senior Project Manager / Quality Control Manager with eighteen years of experience in the construction industry. He is challenge driven and quality focused for meeting project deadlines and delivering high quality work while adhering to safety and compliance regulations. Justin utilizes the US Army CORPs of Engineers 3 phase quality control inspection process and remains familiar with current infectious control requirements.
