Onsite Construction Group’s North Kansas City office anchors our work across the Kansas City metro and the surrounding Missouri and Kansas region. From our base here, we deliver healthcare, federal, and mission-critical construction — including extensive, ongoing work at the Kansas City VA Medical Center — with teams built to perform inside active, occupied facilities where downtime isn’t an option.
